About the auto attendant

A single-level menu is included from four users up. Three levels are included from eleven users, and four levels beyond twenty-six. For one to three users the auto attendant is available as an option.

You can record them yourself from any of your phones, which suits most businesses. If you would rather have a professional voice-over, we can arrange that too. In either case we load the recordings into the system for you.

Yes. A caller who knows the extension can dial it at any point in the greeting, and the menu steps aside. We also recommend keeping an option that reaches a live person, for callers who would rather speak to someone.
