About voicemail-to-email

When a caller leaves a message on your voicemail, our system immediately sends an audio copy of that message to your email address.

You no longer need to call your voicemail to pick up your messages.

Passing a message along to a colleague is just as simple: forward the email and the audio file goes with it.

The service works with every current smartphone that has an Internet connection.

There is nothing to configure and no app to install. A Groupe LTL technician handles the setup for you.

The message is sent to your email address and is only readable by those who can already get into your mailbox.

Voicemail boxes are typically protected by a four-digit PIN, whereas your mailbox is protected by a password of at least eight characters — and, in most organisations, by multi-factor authentication as well.

In our view, receiving your messages by email is the safer of the two.
